Pet Salon Tycoon — Delete your data

Pet Salon Tycoon is made by imperial64 (Efe Kerim Ayvaz). The game has no accounts and no login. The only data we hold about you are the optional anonymous play statistics, and only if you switched them on. Here is how to delete them.

Delete in the game (fastest)

Open Pet Salon Tycoon.
Go to Pause › Privacy (or Title › Privacy).
Tap Delete my data.

The game shows "Requested; done within 30 days". If you are offline, the request is sent the next time you are online. To stop sending statistics from now on, also set Share anonymous statistics to Off in the same place.

Delete by e-mail

In the game, open Pause › Privacy and copy Your anonymous id.
E-mail hello@imperial64.dev with the subject "Pet Salon Tycoon data deletion" and paste the id.

We need the id to find your data, because we do not know who you are. If you already uninstalled the game, the id is gone with it; nothing we hold can then be linked to you, and the raw statistics are deleted automatically after 90 days anyway.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted at once: every raw statistic sent under your anonymous id (game progress events, settings changes, session length, crash and performance reports, device and game facts). Your device gets a new random id.
Kept for 30 days: the old id alone, on a block list, so that late batches still on their way are thrown away. After 30 days it is removed.
Kept: anonymous daily totals (for example how many players reached day 5 on a given day). They contain no ids and cannot be linked back to you.
Not affected: your save game, settings and No Ads ownership, which live only on your device. Uninstalling the game (or clearing its storage) deletes them.

Advertising data

Ads come from Google and are shown only when you tap Watch. Google handles that data under its own policy, not ours. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the phone's settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Security & privacy › Ads), and manage Google's data at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
